Research interests

  • impact of marine gels on sedimentation,
  • particle settling dynamics in stratified liquids and in non-Newtonian liquids with links to marine environment,
  •  impact of properties of particles on their transport in hydro-environment (marine snow, microplastics), 
  • gravity currents,
  • transport of sediment and microplastics in open channels,
  •  experimental methods, laboratory techniques.
