The event was held from 9 until 12 of pril at the University of Leeds, UK. Magdalena Mrokowska presented the results of a laboratory study of particulate sedimentation in seawater with rheological properties modified by the presence of exopolymers during the “Geo-rheology” session on April 11.
The session brought together scientists from the fields of geophysics and geology, who study Earth components with non-Newtonian properties such as the Earth’s mantle and the water environment during extreme algal blooms.
A booklet with all abstracts of talks and posters is available at the conference website.
