The Institute of Geophysics, Polish Academy of Sciences continues the long-standing tradition of theoretical and experimental geophysical research in Poland.

The Institute of Geophysics, Polish Academy of Sciences is the only institution in the country conducting monitoring of global geophysical fields in the areas of seismology, geomagnetism, and selected elements of atmospheric physics.
