In 7–12 June, the EAGE Annual Conference & Exhibition 2026 took place in Aberdeen – one of the most important international events for geoscientists and engineers dedicated to Earth sciences and the energy sector. The conference covers topics related to oil and gas, geothermal energy, the energy transition, and modern geophysical technologies.
The Seismic Research Department was represented by Andrzej Górszczyk and PhD students Akshay Vishwakarma and Eslam Roshdy. The researchers delivered a total of seven presentations, including on behalf of their colleagues Kamal Aghazade, Mahdi Sonbolestan, and Xiaole Zhou.
