Application

Environmental research field measurements: magnetic susceptibility measurements in the field and on drill cores; PM dust measurements (from PM1) and black carbon measurements, including using meters attached to a drone; rock sampling.

Technical data

Devices: Bartington MS3 field susceptibility meter with two sensors (MS2E, MS2C) for measuring the susceptibility of drill cores and soil profiles, mobile PM dust samples with the option of sampling (two DustTrak DRX 8533-TSI mobile dust monitors, USA), AE51 black carbon meter (AethLabs, USA), Softblue AirDron (Poland) mobile PM dust meter integrated with a drone (DJI Matrice Pro 600, China) with the option of sampling, two combustion drilling rigs (LMU Munich / Mag-Instruments (Germany) – Echo 362TES), amagnetic containers for transporting samples (Magnetic Measurements, UK).
