On 18 June 2025, Clarivate Analytics announced the latest issue of the Journal Citation Reports with updated Impact Factor values.
We’re pleased to inform you that “Acta Geophysica” achieved the following values:
- IF(2_year) = 2.1,
- IF(5_year) = 2.1,
thus ranking in the second quartile (Q2) of the most valuable journals in the GEOCHEMISTRY & GEOPHYSICS category.
Compared to last year’s statistics, the 2-year IF is higher by 0.1 (IF2023 = 2.0). While the current JIF reflects a modest increase from last year, we are encouraged by the journal’s sustained performance and its strong presence within the field. We are also proud of the high score in the SCOPUS ranking, in which “Acta Geophysica” obtained Cite Score2024 = 4.1 and SNIP2024= 0.797.
